Each staff member brings a level of energy and enthusiasm that is truly inspiring, whether to our leadership team by constantly seeking new ways to innovate, or to our programs by adapting activities to include all children.
Dream Oaks Camp also offers college students, professional educators, healthcare workers, and anyone with a servant heart and energy for days an opportunity you will find almost nowhere else.
Camp jobs offer invaluable skill-building, leadership, training, and enrichment opportunities that can’t be found anywhere else! In just as little as one week, you can build a life-changing relationship with a child who depends on you.
Your presence at Dream Oaks Camp will have a lasting impact on your campers. Through conversation, experience, laughter, and honesty, you can help to build their confidence, their perception of the world, and their skill set. And no matter how many years go by, they’ll continue to tell their camp stories about amazing memories that you made happen.
Working at camp has helped me grow as an individual in every way. It has allowed me to develop my leadership skills and create lifelong friendships with both staff and campers.
If you share our passion for making a difference in the lives of others, we invite you to join our team! Each year, we hire about 50 people, some as young as 15 for our Counselor-in-Training roles, to fill various positions at Dream Oaks Camp.

It’s critical to the success of Dream Oaks Camp that our camper families can feel comfortable knowing that their child is being appropriately cared for by a team of experts while at camp. Flexible volunteer and paid positions on our medical staff team are available for Weekend Camps and Summer Camps.
